IRAK-M also konwn as ASRT5, IRAK3 is a member of the interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase protein family. IRAK-M plays a crucial role in the regulation of immune responses, particularly in the context of Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling pathways. Unlike other IRAK family members, IRAK-M acts as a negative regulator of TLR signaling, which is essential for preventing excessive inflammation and maintaining immune homeostasis.
