Product Description

Nitric Oxide Synthase 2 (NOS2) also known as iNOS, NOS2A is a critical enzyme responsible for the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO), a versatile signaling molecule involved in various biological processes such as immune response, inflammation, and neurotransmission. The function of NOS2 is particularly important in host defense mechanisms, where NOS2 produces large quantities of NO to eliminate pathogens, as well as in the regulation of inflammatory pathways.
