| Product Description | |
LCP1(Lymphocyte cytosolic protein 1) also known as L-Plastin is a member of the plastin family of actin-binding proteins. LCP1 plays a crucial role in cytoskeletal organization and is particularly important in regulating cell adhesion and motility, especially in hematopoietic cells. LCP1 expression is notably elevated in various human cancer cell lines derived from solid tumors, highlighting LCP1 involvement in cancer invasion and metastasis. LCP1 ability to modulate leukocyte adhesion is critical for immune responses, and LCP1 phosphorylation status is essential for the regulation of integrin signaling pathways, which are vital for cell communication and movement. |
