Product Description

Jun B is one of the components of the Activator Protein-1 (AP-1) transcription complex that have been implicated in the control ofthe G0/G1 transtion in fibroblasts. Jun B plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression and is a key component of the AP-1 transcriptional complex, which is essential for various cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Jun B can form homodimers or heterodimers with c-Fos and other members of the Fos gene family, allowing binding to specific DNA sequences and modulation of target gene transcription. Jun B interaction with these proteins and regulation of transcription is vital for cellular responses to growth factors and stress signals, making Jun B an important player in oncogenic processes and cellular signaling pathways.
