Product Description

Cdc37(Cell division cycle 37) is highly similar to Cdc 37, a cell division cycle control protein of Sacchromyces cerevisiae. Cdc37 plays a crucial role in cell cycle regulation by facilitating the formation of cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (Cdk4) and cyclin D1 complex, essential for G1 to S phase transition. Cdc37 forms a stable complex with heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90), important for stability and function of various client proteins involved in cell cycle regulation. Proper functioning of Cdc37 and associated protein interactions are critical for maintaining cellular homeostasis and preventing uncontrolled cell proliferation, which can lead to cancer.
