| Product Description | |
RBPSUH also known as RBPJK, KBF2, CBF1 is a transcriptional regulator important in the Notch signaling pathway. RBPSUH plays a crucial role in gene expression regulation and is essential for the Notch signaling pathway, which drives cell differentiation and development. RBP-Jκ predominantly resides in the nucleus, functioning as a transcriptional regulator by binding to DNA and interacting with the cleaved intracellular domain of the Notch 1 receptor. RBP-Jκ′s nuclear localization enables modulation of target genes, including NFκB p52 and the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) protein EBNA-2, both critical for various cellular processes and immune responses. |
