Product Description

DUSP10(Dual specificity phosphatase 10) also known as MKP5 plays a crucial role in regulating mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase signaling pathways, which are essential for mediating cellular responses to a variety of stimuli. Specifically, DUSP10 dephosphorylates and inactivates p38 MAPK and SAPK/JNK, thereby modulating processes such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, and immune responses. DUSP10′s ability to regulate these pathways is vital for maintaining cellular homeostasis and preventing excessive inflammatory responses, which can lead to pathological conditions. DUSP10 is ubiquitously expressed and can be found in both cytoplasm and nucleus, highlighting DUSP10′s importance in various cellular contexts.
