Product Description

FADD also known as GIG3, MORT1 is an adaptor molecule that interacts with various cell surface receptors and mediates cell apoptotic signals. FADD plays a critical role as an adaptor molecule in the apoptotic signaling pathways initiated by death receptors such as FAS and TNF receptors, facilitating the recruitment and activation of downstream caspases that execute programmed cell death. This function is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis, regulating immune responses, and preventing uncontrolled cell proliferation, which is vital in cancer research and the study of various autoimmune diseases.
