Product Description

ROCK1 is a protein serine/threonine kinase that is activated when bound to the GTP-bound form of Rho. ROCK1 interacts with several key proteins, including myosin light chain (MLC) to regulate contractility, LIM kinase to influence actin filament dynamics, and the small GTPase RhoA, which activates ROCK1 and modulates various downstream signaling pathways. These interactions make ROCK1 pivotal in maintaining cell shape, enabling signal transduction pathways that affect cell proliferation, apoptosis, and migration, and playing significant roles in physiological and pathological processes such as cancer metastasis, cardiovascular diseases, and neurological disorders. ROCK1 monoclonal antibody (B-1) facilitates the detailed study of these interactions by providing consistent and precise detection of ROCK1 in diverse experimental settings.
