Product Description
DEPP also known as FIG, C10orf10, DEPP1 is one of the early adipogenic markers.The expression of DEPP is induced by fasting as well as by progesterone. DEPP protein contains a t-synaptosome-associated protein receptor (SNARE) coiled-coil homology domain and a peroxisomal targeting signal. Production of DEPP protein leads to phosphorylation and activation of the transcription factor ELK1.
