Product Description

B7-H3 also known as B7RP-2, CD276 is a member of the B7 Immunoglobulin superfamily. B7-H3 plays a crucial role in the regulation of T cell activation and immune responses. B7-H3 is widely expressed in non-lymphoid tissues, where B7-H3 serves as a costimulatory molecule that enhances the proliferation of both CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Notably, B7-H3 has been shown to stimulate Th1 and cytotoxic T cell responses, suggesting potential antitumor activity. B7-H3 interactions with receptors may be pivotal in modulating cell-mediated immune responses against cancer, positioning B7-H3 as a promising candidate for therapeutic interventions.
