Product Description

RALBP1(RalA binding protein 1) plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in regulating the Rho family of GTPases, which are essential for various cellular processes such as cytoskeletal dynamics, cell migration, and proliferation. RALBP1 contains a Rho-GTPase-activating domain that preferentially interacts with Cdc42, a member of the Rho family, thereby influencing actin cytoskeleton organization and cellular morphology. This interaction maintains normal cellular functions and can have implications in cancer biology, as dysregulation of RALBP1 and downstream signaling pathways may contribute to tumorigenesis.
